Insolvency and restructuring

BHL DA is the leading auditing company in Norway in the field of restructuring and insolvency management. We provide assistance to lawyers, companies and creditors in the form of investigation, financial analysis and supervision of debt-settlement and insolvency proceedings.

Estate audits

Our auditors accept assignments as estate auditors appointed by the court for debt settlement proceedings and bankruptcy cases. We have experience in complicated and comprehensive cases including, for example, the Reksten bankruptcies, Finance Credit, Notar, Terra Securities, Reno Norden AS, Norske Skogindustrier AS and a number of other proceedings.

Financial restructuring

We assist legal owners, financial lenders, company management officials and lawyers in the assessment and carry-out of financial restructuring and debt rescheduling for business enterprises. We conduct financial analyses and profitability assessments, evaluation of capital needs, reviews of financial accounts and business practices in conjunction with restructuring proposals and turnarounds.

Investigations

We conduct investigations of financial accounts and business practices for lawyers, legal owners, company management officials, the public authorities and others.
