BHL AS was established in 1977 as a joint office facility. In autumn 2009, the auditing firm of Bakke Hjelmaas Larsen DA became a reality. The merger included the companies Bakke & Dolvik AS, Kjell A. Nordli AS, Helge A. Østvold AS and Arve Johansen AS. We are located in Sandvika outside Oslo, and the company has currently some 20 employees and seven partners.

We have lengthy experience as auditors and advisors in the fields of estate management, shipping, finance, building and construction, trade and manufacturing.
